Our Story
Our story began when a former work colleague needed to urgently rehome their cat, Nala. At the time, we had two bunnies Sadie and Olive and initially said no, thinking it might not be ideal. But as the days passed, we couldn’t stop worrying about her. In the end, we opened our home and our hearts, knowing we had enough space to make it work.
We quickly fell madly in love with Nala. It took time and patience to introduce her to Sadie and Olive, but being part of that journey was so rewarding. Today, they live together in harmony, a little family we cherish deeply.
Every now and then, we felt the pull to adopt a second cat. Two years later, a post in a vegan Facebook group caught our eye, it was a call for people to help feed a cat colony. That simple moment was the spark that lit our path into rescue work.
Since September 2024, we’ve been dedicated to cat rescue, learning, growing, and pouring our hearts into giving cats the safe, loving homes they deserve.

Our Adoption Process
At Kitty Coven, we fall head over heels for every rescue cat who comes into our care. We love them with our whole heart through joy, tears, and every step of their journey.
We have a rigorous screening process that includes a completed adoption application, a meet and greet with the cat(s), and a home visit before approval.
Don’t worry we aren’t here to scrutinise clutter or judge your home.
We simply want to be certain that our rescue cats will be safe, happy, and cherished in their new indoor only home.
Our goal is for every cat to find their forever coven. A home of safety, love, and a little bit of magic. 🪄🌟
